Monthly Administrative Expense:

Private Houses: $200/month

Private Condos: $125/month

Rental Houses and Condos: $45/month

Hot Tub Service:

3X/Week: $125/month

Security Checks:

1X/month: $20/month

2X/month: $40/month

Weekly: $80/month

Maintenance, Landscaping, Snow Shoveling: $40/hour

Roof Shoveling: $50/hour

Hot Tub Repairs: $45/hour

Housekeeping: $28/hour

Laundry Done at Blooming’s Office: $14/load

Linen Setup (Rental Properties Only):
Costs vary based on the size and configuration of the property (see Rental Management Agreement). A replenishment fee of approximately 20% of the linen value will be charged each year to allow for us to maintain the quality of the linen pool.

Subcontracting (and Merchandise Purchased On Your Behalf):
Examples- Snow Removal, Carpet Cleaning, Catering, Window Washing, Firewood, Groceries, Gasoline for Vehicles, Painting

Up To $200.00: 20% Above Cost

Over $200.00: 10% Above Cost (minimum $40)

Vehicle:

Taking car to/from dealership, car wash, etc., $40/hour

Taking car to airport short-term parking or picking it up, $150/trip

Driving owner to/from airport in their vehicle, $125/trip
