Maintenance
Our technicians have over 60 years of combined maintenance and construction-related experience. When it comes to minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping and snow removal, we do it all and we do it well. We are committed to providing quality work and fair pricing.
Housekeeping
Our top three executive housekeepers boast 50 years of combined experience in housekeeping—most of it with Blooming—and their quality of cleaning stands at a very high level. We’ll ensure your property is immaculate on your arrival. We’re also available while you’re here as many days as you need us. And when you leave, don’t worry about the dishes or disposing of perishables…we’ll do all that for you. We also have a laundry facility on our premises, so we don’t need to send your personal laundry out to a third party.
Spa Service
Do you have a hot tub that’s tricky to maintain? Our in-house spa technicians will see to the exacting needs of your small slice of paradise.
Vehicle Service
We can leave your car at the airport on your arrival, pick it up after you’ve left and even drive you to and from the airport in your vehicle. And who wants to sit around a dealership half the day when you could be vacationing? We’ll stay on top of all the needed maintenance and registration for your vehicle.
Security Checks
One of the feature services, our security checks are your eyes and ears when you’re not here. We thoroughly check your property inside and out, note any problems or potential problems and then report directly to you. We’ll ensure your plumbing isn’t leaking, that you still have a dial tone, that your audio/visual equipment continues to run at top efficiency, and so much more.
Subcontractors
If we can't do it, we know someone who can. Blooming has long-standing relationships
with companies who specialize in everything from appliance repairs to window
cleaning. We ensure all of our subcontractors are licensed and bonded, and we
will also work with contractors of your own choosing. The Extras
We're happy to send and receive your faxes, ship and receive packages and we even have an on-site Notary Public. We can also shop for and deliver your groceries, make dinner reservations and help you with many other concierge-related services. We have 24/7 availability with our on-call, after-hours service.

Would you like a roaring fire in your fireplace after a day of skiing…or a chilled bottle of wine at the ready…or a beautiful bouquet of flowers for your sweetheart?
